Cinnamon Bread Success!

I made another batch of Cinnamon Bread which came out perfectly! Much less like a cinnamon roll- not gooey or drippy. I think using white sugar instead of brown and using egg wash rather than butter really helped. I also split the dough and made it into two smaller loaves instead of a large one. It makes fabulous toast. We haven’t tried making french toast with it, but I can tell this was what it was made for.
